If you are unhappy with your order, please email us! It's really important to us that the order is perfect for you. Please note however, that due to the personalised and sometimes perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and or provide refunds. We will however make every attempt correct any faults, even if that means re-processing your order free of charge.
- An item arrives that wasn't ordered (e.g the wrong item).
- A product has been damaged in transit.
- The personalisation is incorrect.
Enquiries must be sent to Info@personalprezzies.com complete with photo evidence of the stated fault and an order confirmation receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to consider enquiries beyond 14 days from the order date.
Our customer services team will keep you up to date with the progress of your enquiry.
Personal Prezzies does not accept responsibility for missed or delayed deliveries due to a third party and cannot refund orders for this reason.
If a product is not produced in time for delivery, customers will be notified of any expected delay.
Please note that once an order is placed we are unable to cancel it.
